1. Yêu cầu kỹ thuật trước khi thi công (Technical Requirements Before Construction):

• Cường độ nén bê tông đạt theo yêu cầu thiết kế. Biên bản nghiệm thu hoàn công cao độ giữa nhà thầu chính và đội xoa nền.
  The concrete compressive strength must meet the design requirements. The completion acceptance report of elevation between the main contractor and the floor finishing team must be conducted.

• Các vết nứt, khuyết tật lớn trên nền (nếu có) phải được xử lý bằng vật liệu thích hợp trước khi tiến hành giai đoạn mài bóng nền, các ba vớ vữa rơi vãi trên bề mặt được vệ sinh sạch sơ bộ.
  Cracks and large defects on the surface (if any) must be treated with appropriate materials before proceeding with the floor polishing stage. Any cement residues or scattered mortar on the surface must be preliminarily cleaned.

2. Biện pháp thi công tăng cứng và kháng bụi cho nền bê tông (Construction Methods for Hardening and Dust Resistance of Concrete Floor):

Bước 1: Vệ sinh mặt bằng trước khi thi công (Surface Cleaning Before Construction)

• Tiến hành dọn dẹp và dùng máy vệ sinh sạch sẽ bề mặt nền, xử lý các vữa rơi vãi hoặc tạp chất trên bề mặt (nếu có).
  Clean the site and use cleaning equipment to thoroughly clean the floor surface, removing any scattered mortar or contaminants (if any).

Bước 2: Thi công phủ Liquid Hardener (Liquid Hardener Coating Application)

• Sau khi đã vệ sinh sạch sẽ bề mặt, tiến hành dùng “Chất Tăng Cứng Sàn Dạng Lỏng – ConsHard” với định mức theo yêu cầu kết hợp với máy phun thích hợp và dụng cụ lau sàn để phủ đều lên bề mặt nền.
  After thoroughly cleaning the surface, apply "Liquid Floor Hardener – ConsHard" at the required rate using a suitable sprayer and floor wiping tools to ensure even coverage on the surface.

Bước 3: Thi công phun nước thẩm thấu bề mặt nền (Water Spraying for Surface Penetration)

• Để đảm bảo độ thẩm thấu tối đa, chà vật liệu lên sàn bằng một cây lau lông mềm hoặc máy chà sàn (tối thiểu 30 - 60 phút) đến khi vật liệu bắt đầu tạo gel và trở nên trơn trượt.
  To ensure maximum penetration, rub the material onto the floor using a soft-fiber mop or floor scrubbing machine (for at least 30 - 60 minutes) until the material begins to form a gel and becomes slippery.

• Phun nước làm ướt nhẹ vật liệu và cho vật liệu thẩm thấu xuống lần nữa. Và vệ sinh sạch sẽ phần vật liệu dư thừa trên bề mặt.
  Lightly spray water to re-wet the material, allowing it to penetrate again. Then, clean off any excess material on the surface.

Bước 4: Vệ sinh bàn giao mặt bằng (Cleaning and Handing Over the Completed Surface)

• Sau 24 giờ khi vật liệu đã thẩm thấu hết, tiến hành vệ sinh nền và bàn giao mặt bằng.
  After 24 hours, once the material has fully penetrated, clean the floor and hand over the site.
